Remote work remains a top priority for professionals in 2025. In a recent FlexJobs study on job search trends, 83% of job seekers said remote work would make them more likely to apply for a role. This ranked even higher than salary and schedule flexibility. Overall, 97% of respondents said they prefer either fully remote or hybrid roles, while just 3% are looking for full-time, in-person work.
